1. Discovery & data archaeology

We interview finance, revops, and operators to catalogue systems, definitions, and reporting pain. Technical sessions validate schemas, freshness, and access constraints so later charts do not surprise anyone at month-end.

2. Experience design & metric spec

Wireframes translate the metric spec into navigation, motion, and alert logic. You review interactive prototypes before engineering commits to layouts, ensuring the storytelling matches how your leadership actually reads numbers.

3. Build, harden, and reconcile

Engineering implements ingestion, transformations, and visual layers. We reconcile outputs against finance’s baseline reports, document assumptions, and bake in observability so breakages surface early.

4. Handoff & enablement

Training sessions, annotated metric dictionary, and admin playbooks make sure your team can extend the work. Ongoing support can be scoped separately depending on complexity.
